Saza Coffee is a coffee company in Tokyo, Japan. Originally a small coffee shop, it was founded in 1969 by Yoshio Suzuki. It is a member of the Coffee Grower Federation of Columbia (FNC) and the Specialty Coffee Association of Japan (SCAJ).

History[]

Saza began roasting their own coffee in 1974, and introduced roasters made by German company Probat in 1978[1].

In 1998, Saza opened the Saza Farm in Colombia, a five hectare plantation in the Andes[2]. It would be awarded by the Association of Coffee Producers of Columbia-Cauca State in 2017. In 2011, they added Los Tres Edgarito, in conjunction with Dr. Edgar Moreno.
